Ingredients
  • 1 preserved lemon, rind only
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ⅔ cups of olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and puree until the mixture is smooth and emulsified. Tastes excellent on roasted vegetables or as a salad dressing.
  2. Keeps well in a mason jar in the fridge for about a month!
