Ingredients
handful of lettuce of choice
⅓ cup fennel, sliced very thin
¼ cup red onions, sliced very thin
¼ cup radishes, sliced very thin
¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced in half
½ orange or 1 clementine, peeled and diced medium
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
drizzle olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
Instructions
On a plate or a salad bowl, arrange a handful of lettuce. Add on thinly sliced fennel, red onion, radishes, kalamata olives, and oranges. Sprinkle with fresh dill. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Drizzle salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy.
