1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n
2 cups granulated sugar<\/li>\n
1\/2 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n
4 eggs<\/li>\n
2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/li>\n
2 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n
2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n
1\/2 teaspoons salt<\/li>\n
1 cup confectioners sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

Instructions<\/div>\n

1. In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa, sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the cocoa mixture. Mix well. Cover dough, and chill for at least 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a 1.5-ounce disher, scoop dough into balls. Coat each ball in confectioners sugar before placing onto baking sheet.<\/li>\n
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transferring to wire racks to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
