In fact, as humans, we\u2019re drawn towards comfort and familiarity, which means we\u2019re likely to want to eat the same meals over and over again. And that\u2019s OK! It\u2019s ok to eat the same things multiple lunches or dinners in a row.<\/p>\n<p>Pro Tip of the Week: choose three simple recipes per week. When shopping and cooking, make sure to double the recipe, so each dish yields two nights worth of dinner. Bam!
