My grandmother got to spend quality time with two of her great-grandchildren, which was so lovely. It was great seeing my family, but I\u2019m so glad we\u2019re back home.<!--more-->\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Grocery Shopping = $258.04<\/h6>\n<p>$22 for iced Nesspresso pods, $33.28 at Publix + $43.78 at a bakery for fresh bagels, muffins, etc. for brunch Alex and I were hosting at my moms house. And of course, $158.98 at Dierbergs for groceries once we returned home.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Dining Out = $106.72<\/h6>\n<p>$86.76 for a date night out in Delray Beach, $19.96 at Panera for a quick dinner Thursday evening.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h6>Monday Lunch<\/h6>\n<p>We took the kids to a science museum, and settled on a Chick-fil-A picnic on their park benches. My mom paid. It was a nice time, except for aggressive ducks.<\/p>\n<h6>Monday Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>We took advantage of having my mom, two brothers, and SIL bathe the kids and put them to bed. Snuck out for a date on Atlantic Ave. An Italian spot that was highly recommended, which makes their own pasta in house, it was a great evening. $86.76 with tip.<\/p>\n<h6>Tuesday Lunch<\/h6>\n<p>Two of Alex\u2019s relatives drove from Naples to Delray to visit with us and meet the kids. We picked up brunch food at Publix and a local bakery for bagels, lox, fruit, cream cheese, etc. $77.06 for everything. It was a really awesome morning, and I finally learned how to play mahjong (officially addicted\u2026).<\/p>\n<h6>Tuesday Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>My brother ordered pizza, wings, and salad from a local spot, it was awesome.<\/p>\n<h6>Wednesday Lunch<\/h6>\n<p>We picked up Pub Subs from Publix, because when in Florida\u2026. I went with my usual turkey on white with all the veggies and sauces. My mom paid.<\/p>\n<h6>Wednesday Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>Well. Today went off the rails and no one ended up eating dinner. Long story.<\/p>\n<h6>Thursday Lunch<\/h6>\n<p>Today we flew back home to St. Louis. My husband and I each ordered a full sub yesterday, and decided to save the other half for today\u2019s flight. We had chips, etc. and shared with both kids on the terminal floor while watching airplanes and waiting to board.<\/p>\n<h6>Thursday Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>Wow, what a sh*t show. We are absolutely f-i-n-i-s-h-e-d flying with two under three until 2022. We had a sandwich day for lunch plus chicken noodle soup that was prepped before Florida. Afterwards, we went to our neighborhood park, so happy to be home!!<\/p>\n<h6>Shabbat Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>Chicken piccata, roasted broccoli and green beans, and brown rice.<\/p>\n<h6>Saturday Lunch<\/h6>\n<p>I was working this afternoon, so didn\u2019t really eat lunch other than an scrambled egg, avocado, brown rice, salsa, and cheese bowl. It was <em>juuuuust<\/em> big enough to share with everyone. Plus, we weren\u2019t that hungry, since we did a large breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit.<\/p>\n<h6>Sunday Dinner<\/h6>\n<p>Meatballs, pasta, and homemade vodka sauce. Yum! Though the toddler wanted none of it and screamed the entire time we ate.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Apologies for skipping last week, it just slipped away from me and felt impossible to get done while around my family.
